Our Timeline

• Phase 1 – Identity & Planning – Feb-Sept 2014
  Develop client description, business plan, initial leadership, legal and financial foundations, prayer network, and marketing, volunteer and educational materials.
• Phase 2 – Public Kick-Off & Community Engagement –Oct 2015 and Ongoing
  Develop and implement approaches for community engagement, marketing and PR, fundraising, volunteer management, and leadership development.  Identify outreach approaches and referral sources for potential clients.
• Phase 3 – Program Development  – 2015-2017
  Develop details of prevention programming, victim residential programming, staff requirements, and housing requirements. Launch capital campaign and residential acquisition.  Begin to work with local partnerships and those directly impacted by sex trafficking in our county.  Continue leadership and staff development.
• Phase 4 – Program Implementation – 2018-2019
  Acquire and prepare residential space(s) and staff needed for our programs and services.  (Residential home is in Lake County, IL)  Hire residential programming staff.  Begin accepting long-term residential clients and offering other restorative services in July of 2019.
