I received one or more emails that the date and time had changed.  Is this true? 
No.  Dates and times are still the same as listed above.  Our ticket sales system sent those in error.  We apologize for the confusion!

What is the attire for the events? 
Day Events: Casual  Evening Event: Holiday Chic/Cocktail Party Casual

How do I get to Cuneo Mansion & Gardens? 
Address is 1350 Milwaukee Ave, Vernon Hills, IL 60061 There will be balloons on the entrance gate.
See map at end of FAQ’s.  Please note: Some GPS’s take you past the gate to the entrance to a subdivision nearby named Cuneo.  If this happens, travel south back towards Townline/Route 60 and the entrance gate will be on your right.

Where do I park? Is there a cost for parking?
Day Event – The Day event is in the Pavilion behind the Mansion. Parking is free in the Pavillion lot. After entering the gate, driveway is a one way road. Follow the road and the signs that say
Pavilion A, B, C and  Parking.  Do not go into the circle drive in front of the Mansion.  After you pass the Mansion, you will drive through a small parking lot, continue on and follow the road around to the larger parking lot.  After you are parked, follow the path to The Pavilion entrance.

Evening Event – The Evening event is in the Mansion and the Pavillion.  Free Valet Parking is required for all guests. Follow the entrance road. Pull into the first entrance of the circle drive in front of the mansion. Valet will be at the front door of the Mansion entrance. See Map at End of FAQ’s.

Is the event outside at all?  Is there a coat check?
No, the entire event takes place inside. There will be coat racks during the day and coat check at night.

How old do I have to be for the evening event? 
21 – because there will be alcohol served.

Is the Mansion and Pavilion wheel-chair accessible? 
Yes

Can I or my friends buy tickets at the door? 
Yes; however, it is very helpful for our planning if you purchase them ahead of time.

What if I forget my ticket? Can I leave and come back? 
If you forget your ticket – no worries, we’ll have your name at the Check-In table. If you need to leave and come back, you may; however, you will need to go through Check-In again.

What if I cannot attend last minute? Are there any refunds? 
Refunds for tickets are not available, but may be transferred to someone else; however, check-in is by name so your guest must provide your name when they check-in or a copy of your ticket.

When/how can I bid on the trees or tablescapes  and buy raffle tickets? Do I need to be present to win? When will the winners be announced?
Attendees and non-attendees may bid on trees or tablescapes and purchase raffle tickets by downloading the free PWI Auction app from any app store. The app is available to bid on trees and tablescapes and purchase raffle tickets beginning Wednesday, November 20.  Purchases must be completed by and auction/raffle will close at 9:30 pm on Saturday, November 23rd.  Pictures of the actual trees will be added to the app by Saturday morning, November 23rd at 10 am.  Winners of the auction and raffle will be announced via the app shortly after 9:30 pm on Saturday, November 23.  You do not need to be present to win.

If I win a tree, tables cape or raffle item, how will I get it? 
Raffle Items – If you are at the evening event and win a raffle item, the items (including wine) will be available at the checkout table on your way out after 9:45 pm. If you are a winner of a raffle item and do not pick up your item upon checkout, please contact Aimee Hombach via text at 847-602-9080 and arrange pick up at her home in Lincolnshire.

Trees and Tablescapes – These items will be delivered to your home via Shur-way Moving.  Movers will deliver trees Monday, November 25th between 12-7 PM and Tuesday, November 26th between 10am and 3pm. Please stop at check-out table to fill out a delivery form.  Please note that items being delivered within 10 miles of Cuneo will receive complimentary delivery.  If over 10 miles from Cuneo there will be a $75 fee paid directly to Shur-Way Moving upon delivery. You will be notified of the approximate timing of delivery.  If you are unavailable, when your item is delivered, it will be left on your front porch.

Are my tickets or purchases tax-deductible? 
Not-deductible – Per IRS regulations, no portion of event tickets are tax deductible in this case.  For evening event, estimated Fair Market Value is $125, tickets are $75.  Auction items and raffle tickets are also not tax-deductible.

Deductible – Buy A Butterfly donations made at the event are tax-deductible.  Donations to The Butterfly Fund made at or after the event are tax-deductible.
